Stay&PlaywithTT: Terms and Conditions of Service
Owner: Tristen Williams ("Service Provider")
1. Scheduling & Meet and Greets

A meet and greet is required prior to the commencement of services to review care needs, confirm availability, and establish service expectations.

Appointments are not confirmed until the meet and greet has been completed and a valid credit or debit card has been placed on file with the Service Provider.

Clients must contact the Service Provider directly to schedule services.
-
For weekly services, all appointments must be booked no later than Monday of that week.
-
If a client requires service on a Monday, booking and payment must be completed by Sunday evening.
-
Services will not be rendered unless full payment has been received by the applicable deadline.

The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue services in the event of repeated late scheduling, cancellations, or lack of communication.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
General Services:

All cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in the client being charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, as the Service Provider has reserved that time and declined other potential bookings.

No credits, rollovers, or substitutions are permitted for cancelled or rescheduled services.
Overnight Stays:

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time an overnight stay is confirmed on the Service Provider’s calendar.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled stay will result in the client being charged 50% of the total service fee, as this time has been specifically reserved and other clients may have been turned away.

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled stay will result in the client being charged 100% of the total service fee.

All overnight stays require a valid credit or debit card on file. Applicable cancellation charges will be automatically processed to the card provided.
Refund Policy:

Stay&PlaywithTT operates as a strict no-refund service. All payments, deposits, and cancellation fees are final unless cancellation is made by the Service Provider.
3. Payment Options & Policies

Accepted payment methods include: cash, check, Zelle, or card through the official Stay&PlaywithTT booking system.

A valid credit or debit card on file is mandatory for all clients. This card may be charged for cancellation fees, unpaid balances, or additional services rendered.

Cash payments must be placed in the designated location prior to service. If cash is not present, the card on file will be charged.

Returned or dishonored checks will result in the client’s card being charged for the full balance, plus a $35 returned check fee.
4. Home Access & Key Handling

Clients are responsible for providing reliable and secure access to their property (keys, codes, etc.).

The Service Provider is not responsible for missed services due to denied or malfunctioning access.

Keys and access codes will be stored securely and used exclusively for the purpose of providing services. Keys will not be duplicated without express written authorization.

Upon termination of services:
-
Keys will be returned within 48 hours.
-
If hostility or safety concerns exist, a no-contact key return will be arranged.
-
A secure drop-off may also be coordinated at the front of a police station for safety purposes.

5. Property, Pet, and Plant Care Disclaimers
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:

The natural decline, damage, or death of plants while in care. Plant health is influenced by pre-existing conditions (including but not limited to pests, rot, soil quality, or inadequate prior care) and environmental factors (such as temperature, lighting, or humidity) which are beyond the Service Provider’s control.

Damage to property or plants resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or unclear instructions provided by the client.
-
Pre-existing issues on the premises such as mold, pest infestations, or structural damage.
-
Any injury, damage, or incident resulting from pet behavior, including but not limited to property destruction, aggression, or unexpected health events.
6. Liability Waiver

The Service Provider will exercise reasonable care and precaution in the performance of services. However, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, damages, losses, illnesses, stress-related behaviors, or other unforeseen events that occur during or after services, provided reasonable care was taken.
7. Emergencies

In the event of a medical or veterinary emergency, the Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to contact the client and/or the client’s designated emergency contact.

If the client or emergency contact cannot be reached in a timely manner, the Service Provider is authorized to seek immediate veterinary or medical attention for the pet at the nearest available facility.

The client is financially responsible for all costs associated with veterinary or medical care, including but not limited to examinations, treatments, medications, emergency procedures, and hospitalization.

The client agrees that the Service Provider is not responsible for outcomes of emergency medical or veterinary care
8.DNR/DNI Policy

Stay&PlaywithTT does not make end-of-life decisions. Clients must provide written instructions regarding Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) or Do Not Intubate (DNI) orders. In the absence of such instructions, emergency medical professionals and veterinarians will proceed according to their own judgment. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for such decisions.

If a pet passes away while in the Service Provider’s care, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the client and/or emergency contact immediately.
9. Photography & Media Terms

Routine photos and videos will be shared with clients during visits as part of service updates.

The Service Provider also documents pets during care and may post photos or videos on Stay&PlaywithTT’s social media platforms for promotional purposes.

By signing this agreement, the client grants permission for such media use. No personal identifying information, addresses, or private details will ever be shared.
10. Client Information & Privacy

By booking services, the client authorizes the Service Provider to retain necessary personal and service-related information (including name, address, phone number, emergency contacts, veterinary details, and payment information) strictly for business purposes.

All information will be securely stored and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
11. Acknowledgment of Terms

By booking services with Stay&PlaywithTT, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time due to safety concerns, non-payment, lack of communication, or violation of terms.
